Civil Construction Management

Fiore has developed what we have dubbed a full Civil Construction Management (CCM) department, which functions as your General Contractor for all aspects of civil construction projects. Starting with pre-construction work with the client, we look holistically at what it will take to make a project successful through the various lenses of our team. Once we move into the construction phase, our team will manage the various aspects of the project, including earthwork, utilities, erosion control, etc., using our self-performing crews along with subcontractors and suppliers.

With a heavy focus on safety, this department is your single point of contact for the civil portion of your projects, accountable solely to the client. We facilitate adherence to municipal codes and inspections, and utilize our trade partners to supply the job efficiently, all while remaining in communication with the surrounding community. to responsibly build that project on budget, on time, and to the highest expectations of quality. With this team, we help you build faster, smarter, and correctly the very first time.
