Fiore holds the contract for complete demolition of the existing hotel and site amenities along with full civil construction of a new student housing.  Not only did this project require substantial coordination with the City of Boulder and the client but a huge logistical lift was undertaken for the demo debris removal from the site.  Over 53,000 CY of demo debris was removed from the site and taken to recycling facilities and or the landfill.  Once the civil component of the project is completed we will update the total amount of trucking completed as part of the project.
