Denver CO 3/12/25 – Fiore & Sons, Inc., a leader in Civil Construction throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and beyond, is excited to announce that, effective December 31, 2024, the company has become an Employee-Owned Company. The third generation of the Fiore family has owned and operated the company for the last 25 years under the Fiore & Sons, Inc. name and ownership structure. The impetus for this change in ownership structure comes from grateful recognition of the fact that without the dedication and hard work of their staff, the success of the company would not have been possible–paired with a desire to maintain the company culture. The new employee ownership structure will ensure that Fiore & Sons, Inc. will continue to build iconic projects that exceed our clients’ expectations while holding to its traditional values.

The announcement of the change in ownership structure was made to the employees during a private event held at Empower Field at Mile High on March 7th, 2025.
Fiore & Sons, Inc. employees will now experience a more integral role with the company, impacting engagement, influence, and overall long-term success. While the newly formed ESOP will be greatly impactful on the Fiore brand and future direction, the Fiore family does not have immediate plans to change its current management structure. Butch Fiore will remain the corporation’s President and his brother, David Fiore, will continue to serve as COO and Treasurer.
