The Fiore team is nearing completion on a major redevelopment effort at the heart of the Northglenn Civic Center, the full demolition of the former Northglenn City Hall. Originally built in 1981, the 41,682-square-foot structure once served as home to the Council Chambers, City Clerk’s Office, Courts, the Police Department, and several other essential city
