Description
Our team successfully executed the abatement and demolition of the former Bishop Lehr K-12 School, a 150,000+ SF, two-story structure with a full basement and extensive mechanical tunnel system. The project was divided into ten carefully coordinated phases to ensure efficiency and compliance with the aggressive timeline.
One of the most significant challenges was managing the extensive abatement process within an accelerated schedule to meet tight deadlines associated with the project’s federal grant funding. By fostering a seamless collaboration between our specialized abatement contractor and our internal demolition team, we achieved a highly efficient workflow that minimized delays and ensured the project stayed on track. Upon completion, the site was fully cleared and prepared for the future development of a cutting-edge medical training facility for the University of Northern Colorado. Our expertise in large-scale demolition and abatement, coupled with our commitment to precision and safety, made this project a resounding success.
